The Ambulatory Care Comprehensive Medication Management (CMM) Clinical Pharmacy Specialist (CPS) position provides and promotes rational drug therapy to patients at Hines VA Hospital and affiliated institutions including Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) through the provision of innovative and progressive patient care services that foster and support high quality pharmaceutical care and pharmacotherapy services.
