The Pharmacy Services Department is seeking an experienced professional to join the 340B team. This position reports up to the Assistant Director, Pharmacy 340B Program. This role is responsible for working with other 340B team members to ensure compliance and identify opportunities for improved capture in the 340B program, particularly related to purchasing activity in our pharmacy areas. This position will include some on-site work and some remote work.
Maintain Charge Data Master (CDM) mapping in 340B Third Party Software system, including NDCs and multipliers, to ensure that medications are accumulating properly
Run and analyze reports to identify purchasing trends that indicate problems, such as contract loading issues and WAC exposure
Audit 340B and GPO purchasing activity
Assist with 340B inventory distribution activities as needed
Participate in meetings with internal stakeholders, including Purchasing, Inventory, Analytics, and EMR teams, to ensure continuous process improvement
Participate in meetings with external stakeholders, including TPA representatives, consultants, wholesalers/suppliers, and Contract Pharmacies
Other duties as assigned by leadership

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS SENIOR
Bachelor's degree in a related field.
3 - 5 years of supply chain, pharmacy, or data analysis experience.
Ability to independently manage multiple projects with competing priorities with organizational skills and flexibility to meet deadlines.
Ability to communicate clearly, both verbal and written to internal and external constituents and apply a high degree of analytical, interpretive, and evaluative skills dealing with complex concepts, projects, etc.
Self-motivated with an ability to work well with teams across University of Michigan Health.
Effective organizational skills and flexibility to meet deadlines.
Ability to support business decisions in a dynamic and constantly changing environment
Demonstrated ability to lead team members to accomplish a common goal.
Experienced use with standard office tools (Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.).

Bachelor's or Advanced degree in related field.
Work experience in pharmacy purchasing and/or supply chain.

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience and credibility interacting with all levels of leadership.
