The Montana Spine & Pain Center treats two distinct patient populations who often overlap clinically: those with musculoskeletal/spine rehab needs and those with persistent pain. MSPC enjoys a long reputation as a regional leader in excellent pain treatment with skilled providers who practice evidence-based and patient-centered care in a wholistic way. MSPC is also known for its pain education and neurobehavioral rehabilitation program for patients suffering from persistent pain as well as for leading the clinical change in Montana away from chronic opioid therapy over a decade ago. Join a dedicated, harmonious team of two pain medicine physicians, three physician assistants, a clinical psychologist, and a clinical pharmacist at Providence Medical Group's growing Spine & Pain Center. Our expertise includes osteopathic medicine, interventional pain medicine, physical medicine, orthopedic regenerative medicine, behavioral medicine, trauma-informed pain psychology, and pain pharmacy. The Montana Spine & Pain Center is a multidisciplinary specialty clinic that evaluates and treats painful conditions affecting the bones, joints and muscles. The health care providers at the center specialize in osteopathic medicine, interventional pain medicine, physical medicine, orthopedic medicine, behavioral medicine, neuropsychology and pharmacology. Providers use a scientific research-based approach to treat people living with persistent pain and to teach them strategies to manage and overcome pain.
