Required:
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field: math, data analytics, economics, science, or similar.
• Two or more years’ experience with data analysis, surveys, and reporting.
• Project management experience.
• Highly proficient with advanced Excel formulas, pivot tables, and charts.
• Proficient with SQL, and Tableau, PowerBI, or similar.
• Proficient in survey tools (Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey, etc.)
• Comfortable taking initiative and working both independently and collaboratively.
• Organized, flexible, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Demonstrated commitment to valuing diversity and contributing to an inclusive working and learning environment.

Preferred:
• Master’s degree with three or more years of experience.
• Experience with Salesforce admin and reporting.

Physical Requirements:
• Standing, sitting, manual dexterity, ability to move between offices and floors of buildings
• Ability to meet deadlines and perform well under pressure
• Ability to be physically in attendance at designated worksite during scheduled work hours and to work some evenings and weekends
• Normal range of vision and hearing (with or without correction)
• Ability to lift up to 5-10 lbs.
