Hematology/Oncology Medical ICU Specialist: recruiting for immediate hire
Part-time Critical Care Float: recruiting for immediate hire
2 Critical Care Specialists: recruiting for Fall 2025 start date
We offer a unique practice model that allows pharmacists to practice at the top of their license in close coordination with our providers. All pharmacists go through credentialing and have clinical privileges to independently manage specific aspects of care. Beyond providing direct patient care, this pharmacist will work to identify evidence-based opportunities for improvement in patient care and organizational processes, participate in hospital and departmental committees, and act as a resource to provide answers to drug information questions. There are numerous opportunities to engage in medication use evaluations, quality improvement projects, and clinical research.
Teaching involvement may include precepting APPE and pharmacy resident learners, didactic lectures at the College of Pharmacy, and providing educational programs for patients and hospital staff.
Registered pharmacist in the State of Ohio; board certified or ability to obtain board certification within 2 years of hire; advanced degree (Pharm.D.) and PGY2 residency in critical care.
