The PGY2 Corporate Pharmacy Administration and Leadership Residency Program offers an advanced post-graduate training opportunity designed for pharmacists aiming to enhance their expertise in leadership. This residency immerses participants in the strategic, operational, and leadership dimensions of pharmacy practice within a corporate or organizational framework. Residents who successfully complete this program will acquire the skills to operate effectively within a health system composed of a network of hospitals and community-based health centers and will be prepared for a position in pharmacy leadership.

The resident must have completed an ASHP accredited or candidate-status PGY-1 pharmacy residency. They must acquire a valid Florida pharmacist license within 120 days of the residency program start date. Candidate applications must be submitted through the Pharmacy Online Residency Centralized Application Service (PhORCAS®) system by January 15, 2025. Candidates will be selected for an on-site interview based on application materials.
