PGY2 Ambulatory Care Pharmacy Residency
This is a 12-month program designed to graduate pharmacists who are able to act as mature, independent ambulatory care providers in multiple environments. As multidisciplinary health care team members, they will apply their knowledge and communication skills to promote pharmacy practice through inter-departmental relations, dedication to the organization, and commitment to the pharmacy profession. Current required rotations include: advocacy, anemia, anticoagulation (staffing), geriatrics, leadership, new service/expansion, pain management, primary care, population health, pulmonology, and professional service (presentations and education).
