Under the direction of the Cornea Practice Manager, this position is responsible for providing leadership and guidance to the Cornea, Uveitis and Ocular Oncology divisions ophthalmic technicians. Primary responsibilities will be to help maintain and enhance quality of clinic operations and to ensure productivity goals are met by overseeing the scheduling of clinics and help manage effective use of personnel, equipment and other resources. This position will continue to provide ophthalmic technical support to faculty, fellows and residents of the Cornea division, providing ancillary screening and testing as necessary. Manages special projects as requested by the division chief, division practice manager and Casey Eye Institute (CEI) Operations Director.
