Job Summary:The Ambulatory Care Pharmacy Coordinator is employed by Erlanger and is responsible for overseeing and growing the pharmacy initiatives related to ambulatory care. The Ambulatory Care Pharmacy Coordinator is responsible for working directly with Pharmacy and EMG leadership to support high-impact clinical and operational initiatives. This includes ensuring regulatory compliance, policy development and alignment, hiring/supervision of ambulatory care pharmacy staff, and establishing an Ambulatory Care Residency Program (PGY1). This role will work with senior leadership to develop, implement, sustain and grow new and existing pharmacy programs and services.
