Our multi-site community-based pharmacy residency program is administered by the University of Tennessee, and conducted by our affiliated pharmacy practice sites. As a resident, you will spend your year at one of our various pharmacy residency sites across the state of Tennessee. These sites are located in one of the following regions: Memphis, Nashville, and Knoxville.

You may apply to one or several of our sites, and will rank each site separately as part of the ASHP Match.
