The Outpatient Pharmacy Supervisor is fully responsible for the daily professional and administrative operation of all outpatient pharmacy programs of this highly diverse hospital. The position reports to the Associate Chief for Ambulatory Care, Pharmacy Service. PGY-2 HSPAL and/or equivalent leadership training and/or experience in Outpatient Pharmacy in VA preferred. Applicants pending the completion of educational or certification/licensure requirements may be referred and tentatively selected but may not be hired until all requirements are met.
