West Virginia University Hospitals (WVUH) is excited to announce two open clinical pharmacy specialist positions in ambulatory care: Endocrinology and Rheumatology! The pharmacists will support providers in clinic and provide direct patient care services through provider-to-pharmacist referrals and collaborative practice agreements, allowing the pharmacist to practice at the top of their license which allows for independent pharmacist medication management. The pharmacists will work closely with institution owned pharmacies and infusion centers, as applicable.
