The incumbent must be a licensed, medical professional who is knowledgeable of and comprehends the objectives and functionality of the clinical and administrative patient care programs and their integration with the VISTA systems in the delivery of patient care services. The clinical information system programs have a direct impact on the care and treatment of the patient. Applicants pending the completion of educational or certification/licensure requirements may be referred and tentatively selected but may not be hired until all requirements are met.
