The Lead Inpatient Pharmacy Technician assists the pharmacist in providing optimal care and timely service in accordance with the mission, vision, and goals of Edward Hines Jr VA Hospital. The Lead is responsible for the guidance, training, and technical direction of all non-pharmacist technical staff and volunteers under the direction of the Pharmacy Supervisor; evaluates and coordinates workflow and technical aspects of pharmacy operations in the designated pharmacy service area Preferred Experience: Pervious inpatient experience and /or experience in leading a team/leadership experience.
