This Danville Pharmacy technician is PTCB or ExCPT certified and performs a full range of duties related to; inventory, inspections, prescription assembly, controlled substances distribution, dispensing, distribution, and other functions of pharmaceutical practices under the supervision of a pharmacist. The Pharmacy Technician mentors and trains lower grade technicians and assists pharmacists in providing optimal care and timely service in support of the mission, vision, and goals of the VA. Applicants pending the completion of educational or certification/licensure requirements may be referred and tentatively selected but may not be hired until all requirements are met.
