The Cape Fear Valley Medical Center Pharmacy Residency program is designed to produce a well-rounded, independent professional through experiences in clinical practice as well as teaching, basic research, and professional activities. The primary emphasis of the residency program will be on the development of practice skills across a wide variety of practice settings. Clinical skills and responsibilities will be developed and enhanced under the mentorship of multiple preceptors.
