Sponsored by Long Island University Arnold & Marie Schwartz College of Pharmacy & Heath Sciences (LIU Pharmacy) and located at Brookdale Hospital of One Brooklyn Health, this residency focuses in ambulatory care pharmacy practice across a number of primary care and specialty care settings. The resident will be responsible for functioning under the supervising pharmacists' collaborative drug therapy management agreement across the clinics to provide the highest-quality care to our patients.
