Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center is an independent, nonprofit organization providing adult cancer treatment and groundbreaking research focused on cancer and infectious diseases. Based in Seattle, Fred Hutch is the only National Cancer Institute-designated cancer center in Washington.

The Pharmacokinetics Laboratory at Fred Hutch is specialized in Therapeutic Drug Monitoring (TDM) for patients diagnosed with various blood disorders. The laboratory provides its expertise and support to many providers who seek to improve their patient's transplant outcomes. Providing clinical services for more than 15 years, it is one of the most highly regarded laboratories in the medical community and has clients across USA and Canada.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

Required:

• PharmD, PhD, or MD with at least one year of clinically applicable pharmacokinetics/pharmacodynamics experience is required
• Previous oncology, pharmacology, pharmacogenetics and/or pharmacokinetics experience is required
• Requires either a PhD and a board certification from a HHS-certified organization (e.g. ABCC, NRCC or similar) or to be a licensed MD, DO or DPM. If MD/DO/DPM then PSV verification of WA DOH licensure is required
• Excellent communication, both written and verbal
• Strict attention to detail
• Strong math and computer skills, including ability to create and interpret data
• Multi-task oriented--ability to prioritize and drive multiple initiatives
• Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment
• Ability to implement directions provided by management

The hourly pay range for this position is from $86.67 to $144.42, which includes the per diem differential, and pay offered will be based on experience and qualifications.
