The PGY2 Ambulatory Care Pharmacy Residency at Trinity Health Grand Rapids provides residents with a broad-based and customizable clinical training experience in ambulatory care. The required rotations, together with the large number of available elective rotations, allow the resident to acquire experience and competence in a wide range of ambulatory care practice areas in order to produce excellent independent clinical pharmacy practitioners. Our PGY2 pharmacy residency program will build on PGY1 training programs and outcomes to contribute to the development of clinical pharmacists responsible for medication-related care of patients in the specialty area of ambulatory care.
