The Residency Program The Residency in Pharmacy Practice at Mercy Medical Center Redding is a twelve-month experiential learning process designed to give the resident comprehensive training in providing pharmaceutical care in an integrated health system. Mercy Medical Center provides a learning experience that blends core rotations with longitudinal rotations.
