Position Summary:

• Contribute to CIGBS website content for all research and education materials and training activities.
• Contribute to CIGBS operations and administration team to function as IT liaison between trainees, UB SPPS, UB CIT staff and external partners for website content for existing and new programs.
• Contribute to operations and administration team to compile website content as needed for reports, presentations and grant application.
• Interface with internal and external staff to support all activities necessary to complete tasks; Communicate with program faculty, staff, and scholars as needed to obtain information about projects for website content.
• Other project-related responsibilities as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree
• Must have moderate computer skills with MS Office Suite including Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook
• Must be willing to learn new website content management software and participate in additional workshops/seminars as needed to gain new skills
• Must have demonstrated planning and organizational skills as well as the ability to work collaboratively and independently

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Zoom, WebEx and similar collaborative platforms
• Accommodating disposition and comfort with fast-paced, ever-changing environment
