The VISN pharmacist program manager is responsible for the professional and administrative management of the centralized pharmaceutical reverse distribution program. The incumbent works independently under the VISN 19 Pharmacist Executive, with the objective of identifying and ensuring best practices for organizing and returning unused pharmaceuticals for manufacturer credit, as well as maintaining appropriate record-keeping.
