Our community-based pharmacy residency program offers extensive experience in the both the inpatient and ambulatory environments. We have a progressive team-based, geographic care model within the hospital with pharmacists in a 1:1 ratio with our hospitalist teams. This means working at arm's length from your physician counterparts for close communication in the interdisciplinary care of your patient.
