You bring your body, mind, heart and spirit to your work as a Pharmacy 340B Coordinator.
You’re generous with your thoughts, your partnerships and especially your knowledge, because your coordination of all things drug related is crucial.
You’re equally comfortable with 340B ordering, compliance reviews, database management, policy and procedure development, and reporting.
You’re great at what you do, but you want to be part of something even greater. Because you believe that while individuals can be strong, the right team is invincible.
Lutheran Medical Center is part of SCL Health, a faith-based, nonprofit healthcare organization that focuses on person-centered care. Our 249-bed community-based hospital provides comprehensive, specialty care to the poor, the vulnerable, our communities and each other. Dating back to 1905, we are proud of the rich history and inspiring mission our hospital has embodied for over 110 years.
Benefits are one of the ways we encourage health for you and your family. Our generous package includes medical, dental and vision coverage. But health is more than a well-working body: it encompasses body, mind and social well-being. To that end, we’ve launched a Healthy Living program to address your holistic health. Healthy Living includes financial incentives, digital tools, tobacco cessation, classes, counseling and paid time off. We also offer financial wellness tools and retirement planning.
Together we’ll align mission and careers, values and workplace. We’ll encourage joy and take pride in our integrity.
We’ll laugh at each other’s jokes (even the bad ones). We’ll hello and high five. We’ll celebrate milestones and acknowledge the value of spirituality in healing.
We’re proud of what we know, which includes how much there is to learn.

Careers at SCL Health
On April 1, 2022, SCL Health merged with Intermountain Healthcare. We’ve created one organization from two of the country’s leading nonprofit health systems. Most importantly, we’re building a model for the future of healthcare, focused on keeping patients healthy before they get sick and providing them even more high-quality, affordable, and accessible care. There is no greater satisfaction than doing work that helps people when they need it most. Whether you work with patients or support the people who do, you’ll be part of a team that believes a career is a calling and knows healthcare serves a higher purpose.
Every company has a mission statement on its wall, but here the mission lives in our hearts and actions. No matter what part you play or which role you fill, you are improving the lives of the people and communities we serve, especially those who are poor and vulnerable. Our values and culture tie us together, and we recognize that a caring smile or kind word contribute to our success as much as the job itself.
When you join SCL Health, you become part of a place that celebrates differences. We recognize the sacred worth... and dignity of each person and embrace those characteristics that set us apart from one another. We believe these differences help us deliver even better care and service to our patients and their families by bringing diverse perspectives, experiences and skills to our mission. This comes from hiring people of all ages, ethnicities, genders and backgrounds. We aspire to create a workplace where new graduates and entry-level employees can get a start and grow, benefiting from the experience and expertise of others. We hire hundreds of veterans who have proudly served our country and apply their valuable knowledge and experience to improving the lives of our patients.
One of our unique core values is “Good Humor,” which means we approach our work with a welcoming and joyful spirit. Put another way, we like to have fun. Our co-workers and patients are the ones who make our work so rewarding and special, and we take time to nurture these relationships with laughs, smiles and joy whenever possible.
Work and life balance
No matter how much you love your job, it shouldn’t be your life. SCL Health encourages our people to spend time with family, be involved in the community and just plain rest. We believe so much in this, in fact, that we offer a comprehensive employee wellness program to help you manage your life and stay healthy in mind, body and spirit. We also conduct an annual employee engagement survey to understand what we do well and what needs to be improved. These surveys are used to create action plans to make your work life better. And it’s working. SCL Health has been nationally recognized for the work we’ve done to improve employee engagement.
You deserve to work for a place that allows you to take care of yourself and your family and focuses on taking care of the whole person. We provide competitive benefits and salaries in all the communities we serve. For full-time employees we provide:
Medical, dental and vision insurance
Paid time off
Corporate discounts for certain products and services
An employee wellness program that includes financial incentives
