The Atrium Health Cabarrus Emergency Medicine PGY2 Pharmacy Residency Program offers residents a diverse learning experience. While the emergency department is the primary practice setting, residents will also have time dedicated to other activities, including but not limited to, learning in other practice areas, committee involvement, and teaching. This PGY2 pharmacy residency program builds on Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) education and PGY1 pharmacy residency programs to contribute to the development of clinical pharmacists in emergency medicine.
