This Safeway Pharmacy/Midwestern University – College of Pharmacy Glendale Program is based in the Phoenix metropolitan area with near perfect year-round weather, music, culture, outdoor recreation, sports, and dining. Our Safeway Pharmacy leadership work closely with the Arizona Board of Pharmacy and the Arizona Pharmacy Association to advance pharmacy practice. Our pharmacists can administer a growing list of medications, immunizations, perform health screenings, and work as a member of the healthcare team to manage patient disease states. Each resident is assigned a home-base community pharmacy site where approximately 40% of time is spent.
