Job Summary: Under the general supervision of the HR Associate Director, the HR Generalist in the School of Pharmacy serves as a HR point of contact for school personnel and is responsible for management of and advising on recruitment and staffing of university staff, academic staff, faculty, limited/leadership, temporary and student hourly positions. Additionally, this position manages and leads activities related to the school's performance management program, on-boarding/off-boarding processes and assists with titling and compensation.
