They manage medication therapy monitoring plans to prevent interactions, medication errors and adverse effects. They also critically evaluate patient profiles and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to optimize medication therapies and provide high-quality patient care.

Our pharmacy residency programs provide a wide variety of experiences and the chance to work closely with an outstanding team of hospital pharmacists, decentralized pharmacists, certified pharmacy technicians, student pharmacists and a wide range of clinical specialists.
Our department includes a retail pharmacy, infusion center pharmacy and inpatient pharmacy. The inpatient pharmacy provides 24/7 coverage for the main Phoenix Children’s campus, including ambulatory clinics and the Hemophilia Treatment Center.
