Department OverviewReporting to the Executive Vice President, Human Resources, the Associate Vice President, Talent Management is responsible for the design, implementation and communication of a talent management strategy that fosters a culture of innovation and continuous improvement at OHSU. The incumbent plans, implements and manages strategic programs in recruitment and onboarding, benefits, employee records, performance management and learning and organizational development, ensuring that such programs align with OHSU's core values and competencies.
