The Pharmacy Technician must be a PTCB certified technician who functions utilizing independent technical judgment, as well as with a comprehensive and thorough working knowledge of complex pharmacy principles and practices. The pharmacy technician has operational responsibility in the inpatient and/or the outpatient pharmacy performing highly complex procedures such as compounding sterile products, compounding non-sterile products, preparing inpatient or outpatient orders or prescriptions, etc. All requirements must be met by the closing date of this announcement.
