You will focus on the retail pharmacy business and addressing the $300B opportunity of helping patients be adherent to their medications.
You will work with a team that is motivated by the opportunity to brainstorm, test, analyze, and build the products that promote health outcomes for our patients.
We want to uncover new opportunities for our Retail business, develop creative strategies to operationalize these strategies across our ~ 10,000 pharmacies. We're excited for this work â“ so we look forward to working with somebody who shares our passion and enthusiasm!
YOUR TYPICAL DAY HERE COULD INCLUDE:
â¢Independently design and conduct a complex analysis using large and sometimes messy data sets â“ or providing feedback to a junior team member on an analysis they are working through.
â¢Lead the diagnosis, solution planning of a new strategic product or service that incorporates all our assets and delivery methods.
â¢Develop a "story" and accompanying deck that summarizes findings across several programs and creates specific recommendations for the executive management team.
â¢Build reports for senior leadership to track results of a new initiative â“ and working to refine and automate the report so insights can be updated.
â¢Coordinate with IT partners to create software requirements and ensure that successful pilots can become scaled solutions across our 10,000 stores.
Required Qualifications â¢ 3+ years of experience in a role that involves strategic new product development (e.g., consulting with a quant focus).
â¢ 3+ years of experience in MS Office suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications â¢ Advanced degree (e.g., MBA, Professional Degree, Master's in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, etc.).
â¢ Knowledge and experience working with SQL, Tableau, and healthcare data a plus.
â¢ Experience assessing and building a business case to identify areas of opportunities for the business.
â¢ Comfortable speaking and presenting in group environments and with senior leaders.
â¢ Ability to communicate effectively with people of diverse backgrounds.
