Clinical Research Coordinator, Division of HIV, Infectious Diseases and Global Medicine
The Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC) will primarily be responsible for all aspects of research coordination for the DoxyPEP study, an National Institutes of Health (NIH) funded clinical trial that will examine doxycycline post exposure prophylaxis to reduce the risk of incident sexually transmitted infections, as well as conduct of ACTIV-2, an outpatient COVID treatment study. DoxyPEP will enroll at 4 clinical sites, and UCSF ZSFG Division of HIV, Infectious Diseases and Global Medicine (HIVIDGM) is one of these sites. The CRC will provide research coordination for a COVID outpatient treatment study; in this role, they will help screen, enroll, assist with all aspects of study visits and follow-up, including data entry and coordination with the investigational pharmacy
