The Clinical Resource Hub (CRH) Cardiology Clinical Pharmacy Specialist (CPS) must be a licensed pharmacist preferably with a Pharm.D. degree or equivalent experience. The pharmacist will be fully credentialed through VetPro and will function at the highest level of clinical pharmacy practice based on their scope of practice. The CRH Cardiology CPS works independently under their scope of practice to directly care for patients.
