Position Overview: This is a temporary, full-time position expected to last through July 2022 with the possibility of extension based on satisfactory performance and funding.
Job Responsibilities: This position works with a CDC funded study to address vaccine hesitancy and promotion of preventive health measures in rural Minnesota among racially/ethnically, culturally and socioeconomically diverse populations. This position will support program activities in and around Beltrami County with an emphasis on recruitment and retention of individuals who agree to be vaccinated for COVID-19.
In addition, this position is expected to:
Support the production of scientific manuscripts.
Support the development of project reports and requests for additional funding;
Take an active role in the development of dissemination activities; and
Assist in training new program staff and volunteers.
Other activities may include 1) assisting PI with literature reviews for peer-reviewed publication; background literature searches, synthesizing the literature, using reference software (e.g., Mendeley, RefWorks, Endnote); 2) assisting PI with other programmatic activities as needed, such as qualitative and quantitative coding of data collection materials.
