This role focuses on leading pricing strategy execution, audit and quality efforts, and training for the PBM Underwriting organization.
In this position, you will play a meaningful role in providing strategic support to the department and execute on new processes to mitigate risk. You will work with business leaders across the Pharmacy Services Segment to build strategies and partner on quality initiatives. Your strong presentation skills, aptitude to communicate complex topics in a digestible manner, as well as your ability to manage deadlines and competing priorities will also contribute to your success.
You will be responsible for: â¢ Supporting pricing strategy opportunities and owning from valuation to execution â¢ Promoting quality and driving toward efficiency â¢ Identifying opportunities for process improvement and recommending changes â¢ Using your detail-oriented skills and logic to analyze the business, solve problems, and present recommendations â¢ Supporting mid-sized cross functional initiatives, with a high degree of complexity â¢ Organizing and coordinating training

Required Qualifications â¢ 5 years related experience with expertise in working independently to solve critical business problems â¢ 5 years leadership skills with ability to effectively develop team members with diverse backgrounds and skill sets â¢ Problem solving skills, including the highest level of attention to detail â¢ 5 years project management skills, with proven experience in meeting aggressive timelines while delivering on multiple simultaneous commitments â¢Proven experience to communicate complex material and effectively convey to large audiences â¢ Proficient in Microsoft Suite of Applications; including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams
Preferred Qualifications â¢ Pharmacy Benefits Management industry knowledge strongly preferred â¢ Prior management experience strongly preferred â¢ Experience working in a geographically diverse company and in a matrix reporting environment â¢ Proven experience managing audits independently and effectively delivering results â¢ Demonstrated experience developing analysis, presentations, and support material to successfully implement strategy or change initiatives â¢ Advanced degree in relevant discipline such as analytics, finance, mathematics or business preferred.
