Job Description Omnicare, a division of CVS Health, a Healthcare Innovation company, is recruiting an experienced, enthusiastic, and innovative leader to join our Long Term Care line of business. The focus of this role will be on leading, influencing and setting the customer and business insights strategies that drive growth and service-related improvements within our Long Term Care book of business.
The successful candidate will be an exceptional leader with the ability to execute on complex analytical deliverables in a matrix environment. You will be responsible for setting up and maintaining process ensuring the team is prioritized appropriately and delivering tools and products that meet established deadlines.
You will also be responsible to evolve and mature the business and operational metrics programs using the balanced scorecard approach.You will focus on metrics design, data integrity, data visualization and generating customer and business insights by applying various analytics tools and techniques in support of cross-functional set of initiatives influenced by leaders from Omnicare and across CVS Health to help design, assess, and improve programs and services for Omnicare customers and patients. You will develop analytic solutions that include assessment and stratification of customer segments, their needs, and opportunities to improve convenience and cost efficiency of Omnicare customer-centric services.
Required Qualifications â¢ 5+ Experience building and leading teams in a matrix environment
â¢ 5+ years of progressive experience in the data, metrics, scorecards and/or analytics.
Preferred Qualifications â¢ Prior experience in the healthcare, insurance and/or pharmaceutical industries
â¢ Proven ability to synthesize business strategies into communication solutions
â¢ Advanced degree in a related discipline, such as customer experience, statistics, , pharmacy or related field, or MBA with training in statistics or applicable experience
â¢ Proven team leadership and management experience, with ability to recruit, engage and develop staff with advanced degrees and diverse backgrounds and in different geographic locations, ability to allocate resources based on priority and skill level, strengths, and area of expertise; ability to train and mentor junior colleagues
â¢ Excellent ability to establish and maintain collaborative relationships with analytic and non-analytic business partners, including executive leadership, in order to elicit business needs and formulate, propose and refine analytic solutions in order to meet the business needs and to drive efficiency and effectiveness improvements and business value
â¢ Solid understanding and hands-on experience working with large data sources, particularly administrative claims, digital engagement, and clinical program data, focusing on efficient data extraction from large databases, data manipulation, and setting up optimized summary data layers
â¢ Excellent written and oral communication and data presentation skills, with ability to tailor the communication style to the right audience, from the analytic professionals to the senior business leaders
â¢ Excellent project management skills with ability to lead and engage in multiple projects and initiatives and appropriately prioritize one's own time as well as that of the direct reports and contributing resources
â¢ Extensive hands-on experience with SAS, SQL, Python, R, Tableau and other data, statistical and data visualization tools and techniques, and ability to understand and adapt emerging analytic tools and solutions into the analytic standard operating procedures
â¢ Record of independent thinking and initiative
â¢ Experience building strong collaborative relationships of trust and confidence with senior corporate leaders, operating business leaders, influencers, and partners throughout the company and healthcare industry â¢ Ability to establish relationships, integrate strategies, and connect the dots between messages, timing, and activities under other leadersâ™ influence
â¢ Deep expertise in writing and editing a wide variety of communications, both on short notice and as part of long-term initiatives
â¢ Customer focused. Experience driving projects for customer focused lines of business such as sales, support, services, or success.
Education BA/BS Required; a combination of education and experience will be considered
