1. Customer Support: Ensure customer satisfaction by serving as primary customer contact, providing day to day account support and issue resolution:
Communicate effectively with internal and external customers to provide issue resolutions and de-escalate customer concerns
Coordinate with 3rd party couriers to proactively identify, communicate, and resolve customer shipping issues
Periodically review transactions for accuracy and initiate updates, adjustments, and credits as needed
Oversee customer facing SLA's to ensure all response and notification timelines are consistently met
2. Implementation and Onboarding : Support CFaaS Director of Pharmacy Services to provide an efficient, accurate, and cost-effective customer implementation and onboarding experience:
Support CFaaS Director of Pharmacy Services to create customer onboarding plan and timelines
Partner with teams across the Enterprise to ensure all implementation milestones are achieved (Master Data, Sales, Contracts, Credit, PSaS DC Ops, etc.)
Oversee customer account creation and setup (Salesforce, SAP setup, pricing leads, and invoicing)
3. Site Coordination : Work closely with the local CFaaS team to provide support across a broad range of activities to proactively meet business needs:
Initial point of contact for all employees, contractors, and guests upon entering the facility.
Maintain supplies, equipment, and other facility expenses within budget.
Provide planning and support for meetings, trainings, committees, and other team events as needed.
Coordinate various enterprise wide programs and employee engagement activities.
Other duties as assigned by management.
High school diploma or equivalent and 5+ years of related experience
Excellent communication skills in all forms (verbal, written, and listening)
Prioritization skills to balance the needs of internal/external customers
Ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and tasks and ensure deadlines are met
Ability to interact with all levels of employees and management
Strong organizational, time management, and follow-up skills
Proficient in Microsoft office suite
Additional Knowledge & Skills
Energetic self-starter with a passion for customer service
Ability to research and solve problems independently
Pharmacy operation (pharmacy technician) and/or distribution network experience a plus
Prior internal and external customer support experience a plus
