Position Description Workday Analyst is a part of HR Operations Workday team. We are looking for an independent thinker with broad Workday experience who is looking to play a key role in providing user support to employees, managers and the HR community for any system related inquiries/issues. This role provides career growth opportunities and a fun working environment.
The key focus for this role is to troubleshoot any system issues and develop resolution approach, as well as daily production system support including mass data updates via EIB's, maintaining organizational structures and security management.
Play key role in supporting Core HR Workday areas: Set up new and/or change existing organizational structures in Workday. Conduct audits to ensure org structure integrity; Provide security support to ensure compliance with McKesson's data privacy guidelines (for e.g. password management, security role assignments, tenant access) ; Mass data updates - EIB data loads and data validations to ensure data integrity; Solve other escalated tier 2 tickets as needed
Manage and address internal Workday customer issues and requests within defined SLA's
Participate in the Workday release process including performing system testing as needed
Support SOX audits activities
Maintain up to date documentation, i.e. job aids for any required changes due to releases, enhancements, or configurations
Minimum Requirements Typically requires 4+ years of relevant experience
progressive HRIS or related experience, preferably in a large corporation within a matrixed environment
Working knowledge of Workday HCM, experience analyzing and troubleshooting Workday system issues and addressing root causes
Mass data uploads (EIBs), advanced Excel skills
Excellent Analytical / problem solving skills to address moderate to difficult customer requests using knowledge of HR processes, data, and systems
Experience with other HRIS (e.g. PeopleSoft) in a similar role
Receives minimal level of guidance and support
Detail oriented, with excellent follow-through and capability to work in a fast-paced environment
Applies proper judgment and discretion
Education Degree or equivalent. Bachelor's degree with experience in human resources, business analysis, information systems or a related field
