| Lincolnshire Animal Hospital (located in the northwest suburbs of Chicago) is looking for a veterinarian to join our growing practice. We are an independently owned six doctor practice that is well established and trusted in our community. We have been providing full service veterinary care to the pets of our loyal clients with skill and compassion for over 40 years. Our hospital is well equipped with comprehensive in house Idexx lab equipment, a large surgical suite with infusion pumps, warmers, suction, cautery, anesthetic monitors (ECG, BP, temp, EtCO2, pulse Ox), a large treatment area, a dental unit with digital dental radiology, a radiology suite, ultrasound, a therapeutic cold laser, Tonopen and a fully stocked pharmacy. Our ideal candidate has a desire to learn and grow, is kind, compassionate and has a sense of humor. We are looking for someone that is a strong communicator and is ready and willing to practice high quality medicine and surgery and to build lasting relationships with our clients. Experience is preferred but new graduates will be considered. We have a hardworking support team of receptionists, pharmacy technicians, veterinary assistants and highly skilled technicians (most are certified).
