The Cone Health PGY2 Ambulatory Care Pharmacy Residency program has been designed to foster the development of a clinician in the ambulatory care environment. This will be achieved through interdisciplinary and independent learning opportunities in a variety of diverse clinical areas through multiple opportunities including direct patient care in pharmacist-run clinics such as family medicine, cardiology, infectious diseases, and other specialty clinics. Population Health and quality metric management opportunities will occur throughout the year. There is also opportunities for clinic development and ambulatory pharmacy expansion projects.

Application Deadline is January 4, 2021! Pharm.D., NC Licensure and completed PGY1 Pharmacy Practice residency, with an acceptable academic record and high degree of professional motivation. Apply using the Pharmacy Online Residency Centralized Application Service (PhORCAS). Three references should be completed with writers providing feedback in 75% of the available comment fields – a separate recommendation letter is not required. |
