This residency program is designed to prepare the graduate for an advanced role in an ambulatory care setting, a leadership role or a faculty member role. The graduate will be prepared to develop new sustainable ambulatory care services, become a skilled teacher, practice independently, as well as be able to integrate into a variety of health care delivery models, communicate effectively and contribute to the advancement of the pharmacy profession.
Research projects and teaching activities are tailored to meet the needs/interests of the resident.
Residents will have the opportunity to precept PGY1 residents and PharmD students on clinical rotations.
External publications and presentations are encouraged.

PGY1 positions are available in acute care focus (12 residents), ambulatory care focus (4 residents), PGY1/PGY2 Health-system Pharmacy and Leadership (4 residents), and PGY1/PGY2 Medication Use Safety and Policy (1 resident).
PGY2 positions are available in a variety of specialties including ambulatory care (2 residents), critical care (2 residents), emergency medicine (2 residents), infectious diseases (2 residents), medication use safety and policy (2 residents) oncology (2 residents), and pharmacy informatics (1 resident).

Froedtert Menomonee Falls Hospital (FMF) is a 200-bed community hospital located in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin. It was founded in 1964 by the citizens of Menomonee Falls and surrounding communities.
